In 2016 Rod Ford from Ford & Dougherty Property engaged my services to build and manage the re-brand and expansion of his award winning real estate agency. Along with directors Mike Dougherty and Chris Dougherty, Rod saw the opportunity to strengthen their company by moving away from a national franchise methodology and establish an independent brand focusing solely on the Clarence Valley.
The project involved re-branding the business, defining their position in the market, and launching new offices. The new brand was to concentrate on the needs of the residents and investors of the region.
After presenting my vision for the brand, I handpicked a team of professionals who I then project-managed to bring this vision to life. The project had a three-month deadline which we met, and in March 2017 we launched Ford & Dougherty Property. Along with the branding, I oversaw the renovation and outfit of offices to reflect the brand’s new style. A new logo, brand colours and styling were selected to reflect the Clarence Valley and its surrounds.
